Acrylic blocks can be applied to desk pictures but they are also becoming increasingly found on the walls of corporate establishments and homes.
There are several styles but the two most popular are :-
Single images bonded to precision engineered clear acrylic blocks which are mounted on your wall with satin-finished studs at the four corners. Another method of fixing is "invisible" whereby the acrylic block is attached to wall-mounted battens.
The second variety and arguably more fun is the multiple image acrylic matrix. In this case there are ususally 9 images set-out in a 3x3 cell design or matrix.
The individual blocks are rebated into a solid substrate of high quality MDF which comes in a variety of colours - the acrylic blocks protrude from the base material giving the whole artwork quite a sculptural look. Perfect for a modern living room or bedroom.
